Skills for Thoma Support Build in Genshin Impact
Thoma’s Normal attack is called Swiftshatter Spear and its effects are:
- Normal Attack: Performs up to 4 consecutive spear strikes.
- Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
- Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Thoma’s Elemental Skill, Blazing Blessing, deals AOE Pyro damage but also summons a shield(Blazing Barrier). While casting the skill, it applies Pyro to Thoma. The damage absorption of the shield scales with Thoma’s HP and it can absorb Pyro damage 250% more effectively. Also when a new Blazing Barrier is obtained, the remaining damage absorption will stack and the duration will refresh. The maximum damage absorption will not exceed a certain % of Thoma’s HP.
His Elemental Burst, Crimson Ooyoroi, also deals AOE Pyro damage but also weaves him into a Scorching Ooyoroi. While this is in effect the active character’s normal attacks trigger Fiery Collapse, which deal AOE Pyro damage and summon a Blazing Barrier. Blazing Barriers created this way work in a similar way to barriers from Thoma’s Elemental Skill.
