Overview
Kujou Sara is a 4-Star, Bow-wielding, Electro character in Genshin Impact that can support the group with Electro damage but also boost the Attack of your party members.
Her Elemental Skill, Tengu Stormcall, allows Sara to retreat fast and summon the protection of the Crowfeather. When this happens, she gains the Crowfeather Cover for 18 seconds. When she fires a fully charged Aimed shot, the Crowfeather Cover is consumed but leaves a Crowfeather at the target location.
This triggers Tengu Juurai: Ambush after a short time, that deals Electro damage and grants the active character within its AOE an Attack bonus based on Sara’s base Attack. Attack bonuses from different Tengu Juurai do not stack.
Her Elemental Burst, Subjugation: Koukou Sendou, casts down Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker, dealing AOE Electro damage. It afterwards spreads out into four consecutive bouts of Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster, dealing AOE Electro damage.
Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker and Stormcluster can provide the active character within their AOE with the same Attack bonus given by Tengu Stormcall. Attack bonuses from different Tengu Juurai do not stack.

Weapon & Artifacts
To maximize the potential of Kujou Sara, we should pick weapons and Artifacts that boost her Attack and Electro damage. This will allow her to further boost the Attack of the party and deal significant AOE Electro damage.
Bow
The Amos’ Bow seems to be a great option for Kujou Sara. A 5-Star Bow you can get through the wish system. It boosts Attack and with its skill it increases Normal and Charged Attack DMG by 12%. Normal and Charged Attack DMG increases by 8% every 0.1s for up to 5 times.
Hamayumi is another good option. A 4-Star Crafted Bow you can get in the area of Inazuma. It boosts Atk and increases Normal Attack DMG by 16% and Charged Attack DMG by 12%. When the equipping character’s Energy reaches 100%, this effect is increased by 100%.
Artifacts
Thundering Fury and Noblesse Oblige are the best Artifact Sets for Kujou Sara. The best way to use them is by combining them to get their 2-piece bonus. Like this you can get a 15% Electro Damage bonus and a 20% Elemental Burst Damage bonus.
You can of course choose to use them as full sets to gain their 4-piece bonuses. In this case Thundering Fury increases damage caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, and Superconduct DMG by 40%. Triggering such effects decreases Elemental Skill CD by 1s. Can only occur once every 0.8s.
With Noblesse Oblige on the other hand when using an Elemental Burst increase all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
The Stats we are after are Atk%, Electro Damage bonus, Crit Rate, Crit damage, Energy Recharge.
Thundering Fury is a 5-Star Set that drops in the Midsummer Courtyard Domain.
Noblesse Oblige is a 5-Star Set that drops in the Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern Domain.
Party Setup
You can combine Kujou Sara with Cryo based characters like Qiqi, Aloy or Eula to get the Superconduct reaction and boost your overall damage. Bennett or Zhongli are nice support characters for a group with Sara.
