The Noblesse Oblige is the best option for a Mona Support Build! It boosts Elemental Burst Damage and the ATK of the entire party. Some good alternatives you can combine with it or use as a full set are Heart of Depth and Emblem of Severed Fate!

Skills for Mona Support Build in Genshin Impact
Mona’s Normal attack is called Ripple of Fate and its effects are:
- Normal Attack: Performs up to 4 water splash attacks that deal Hydro DMG.
- Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AOE Hydro DMG after a short casting time.
- Plunging Attack: Gathering the might of Hydro, Mona plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all enemies in her path. Deals AOE Hydro DMG upon impact with the ground.
Her Elemental Skill, Reflection of Doom, leaves a decoy behind that draws the enemies’ attention. The decoy deals damage to nearby enemies and when its duration expires, it explodes.
Her Elemental Burst, Stellaris Phantasm, traps enemies in Bubbles that debuff them and deal great damage when popped.
Best Party Members for Mona Support Build in Genshin Impact
Using Mona with Electro based characters will offer great results. Fischl or Keqing can work well as main DPS in a group along with her. Barbara can work as a healer but Qiqi can as well. With Qiqi in the party it will also be easier to freeze enemies but also get the Superconduct Elemental Reaction if your main DPS is Electro based. Sucrose, Bennet or even Zhongli can work well as support characters in a party with Mona. Overall she is a great support for every strong DPS character.
