The Phaethons’ Syrtos Quest

Overview
The Phaethons’ Syrtos is a World Quest in Enkanomiya, Inazuma. The goal of the Quest is to help Clymene to free the souls of the Sunchildren. In order to complete the quest you will need the Divine Bridle item, which you can acquire by completing the Hyperion’s Dirge World Quest first.
Before you can accept the quest, you must first advance the main story line of Enkanomiya and reach Dainichi Mikoshi, at the center of the map. To enter Enkanomiya you must first complete the “The Moon-Bathed Deep” Quest in Watatsumi Island and accept the “The Still Water’s Flow” Quest from Tsuyuko.
Reaching Dainichi Mikoshi and unlocking the ability to manually change the day/night cycle is vital for this quest but also many more in the area. Switching to Evernight(Night) will reveal the Shades of Tokoyo, which are basically ghosts that offer you quests.
Only then Clymene will appear and offer you the quest. The Quest will also allow you to unlock the “The Children of God Shall Dance” Achievement.
Start Quest
To begin the quest find Clymene at the Southern part of the Evernight Temple. While in Evernight, guide the two Seelie nearby and open the blue shield. Enter the room and talk to Clymene.
She will ask you to pay your respect to each one of the seven Royal Tombs of the Sunchildren. The quest will guide you to the location of the tombs where you can offer a Sango Pearl. Sango Pearls can be found around the Island of Watatsumi.
Once you have offered a pearl to all seven tombs, return to Clymene. Talk to her and she will reveal a locus nearby. Talk to her again. To proceed now you will have to obtain the Divine Bridle item.
Divine Bridle
The only way to obtain this item is by completing Aberaku‘s World Quest, Hyperion’s Dirge. Once you get the Divine Bridle from Aberaku, return to Clymene and talk to her. Place the Bridle to the locus as per her request.
This action will release the souls of the seven Sunchildren. Talk to Clymene again to complete the quest. The sunchildren will appear around the area and you can now talk briefly to them.
Talk to all seven of the Sunchildren to unlock the “The Children of God Shall Dance” Achievement.
