Spectral Secrets Event

Spectral Secrets is an expedition based Event in Genshin Impact 2.1 version! The goal of this event is to investigate “Spectres” appearances around Inazuma, through the system of Expeditions.

Players can dispatch their characters to specific locations in order to investigate and collect various rewards.

To participate in the event you must be Adventure Rank 30 or above and complete the Archon Quest “Ritou Escape Plan“. To start dispatching characters to these special expeditions, talk to Katheryne in Inazuma and complete the “Floating Spirits – The Investigation Begins” quest.

The Event runs from September 19 until September 26. You can collect its rewards until September 29.

Event Details & Rewards

The event adds a new set of special expeditions daily. These expeditions have a difficulty of their own and require two or more characters dispatched to complete them successfully.

In total there are three difficulty levels, S, A and B. Everyday there is one S expedition, two A and four B available. You can only send characters to up to four expeditions. Each one offers different rewards.

When you pick an expedition you switch to a new window where you can choose the characters you wish to send. Every expedition has recommended elements and picking characters of those elements, increases your chances of success. The more characters you assign to the expedition, the better your rating. The overall level of a character affects rating. So picking high level characters is better.

You can even pick a friend’s character for extra support.

To send characters on an S expedition, you must first conduct a Preliminary Investigation. This will send you to the expedition’s area to complete a puzzle and defeat enemies.

Once you have conducted the Investigation, you can then assign characters to the S expedition.

By completing expeditions you earn Primogems and Upgrading Materials. The higher the expedition’s difficulty, the better the rewards you can get.
