Genshin Impact Gardening
Gardening is a system that was introduced to the game with the Genshin Impact 2.0 Update. This system allows players to grow plants in their realm and expands the entire Housing gameplay. In order to unlock Gardening, you must first reach Reputation Level 3 in Inazuma. When you unlock that level, you will receive a Naku Weed Seed and the “The Art of Horticulture” Quest. The quest will send you to Madame Ping at Liyue, who after a short dialogue will give you the Seed Dispensary and a field to grow flowers!
Collecting Seeds in Genshin Impact
With the dispensary equipped, you can go ahead and collect seeds from plants and flowers! The process is very simple. Interact with the plants and receive seeds. The seeds are stored inside the Dispensary and you can check how many of which kind you have any time. It is possible to buy seeds from the Realm Depot as well, so you can keep your gadget slot free for something else!
Planting the Seeds in Genshin Impact
To plant the seeds in your realm, you need an appropriate field. You get a “Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe” field as reward from completing the introductory quest but you can acquire a few more from the realm depot. There are three types of fields that can grow different plants. The fields are:
- A Path of Value: Jade Field
- A Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe
- A Path of Value: Orderly Meadow
Interact with the slots on each field to plant the seeds and grow flowers and plants. You can only place one seed in each slot. Wait for the Seeds to grow so you can harvest the plants. The new Gardening System is a great way to decorate Housing Realms and get materials for upgrades!
