Genshin Impact Stone Tablet Guide

The Snow-Tombed Starsilver is a 4-Star crafted Claymore in Genshin Impact. In order to obtain the weapon’s blueprint you have first to find eight Stone Tablets or Ancient Carvings in the Dragonspine area. Some of the Tablets are easy to find while other require you to defeat enemies or complete challenges and puzzles. The goal of this guide is to help you find all the locations fast and complete the necessary tasks with success.

Stone Tablet Locations

On the map below you can see where to find all the necessary Tablets!

Stone Tablets & Boxes Locations

When you find and interact with all eight Tablets, you can open the secret door in the cavern close to the Statue of the Seven in the area(number 4 on map). Inside the secret room you can loot a chest and obtain the blueprint(Memory of the Entombed City) for the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore.

This is where you can find all eight Stone Tablets:

Stone Tablet 1

North-East of the Statue of the Seven in the area, next to some ruins.

Stone Tablet 2

On the edge of a cliff, guarded by a Ruin Grader, next to a ruined Tower.

Stone Tablet 3

Inside a hidden cavern. You can enter the area only after completing the puzzle on top. Start the challenge and watch the totems the warming seelie is visiting. Activate them with a Cryo character in the right order and defeat the three enemies(two Ruin Guards and one Ruin Grader) to open the entrance.

Stone Tablet 4

In the cavern, close to the Statue of the Seven. This is also the location of the secret room with the weapon’s blueprint. After teleporting to the Statue, jump down the ruins and travel South. The Tablet is next to the cavern’s entrance.

Stone Tablet 5

In front of the Peak of Vindagnyr Domain. The hardest Stone Tablet to find since you must first finish the “In the Mountains” Quest and unlock the central area of Dragonspine.

Stone Tablet 6

Inside the secret room, located South of the Entombed City’s Teleport Point. To open the secret door you have to find three boxes. These can be found close to some of the other Stone Tablet Locations.

  • A. Princess’ Box, touch the sword located on the small island, east of Stone Tablet 1. Defeat the enemies to get the box.
  • B. Priest’s Box, climb on top of the Ruined Tower, close to Stone Tablet 2. Open the chest to get the box.
  • C. Scribe’s Box, interact with the Stone monument next to the teleport point. Three Cecilia flowers are required. You can buy those from Flora in Mondstadt.

Stone Tablet 7

When inside Starglow Cavern climb to the very top of this area. Interact with the switches and defeat the enemies to activate the Stone Tablet.

Stone Tablet 8

Inside peculiar ice in the puzzle area. You do not have to solve the puzzle to get the Stone Tablet. Just attack the ice while under the influence of a Scarlet Quartz.

Snow-Tombed Starsilver

Once you interact with all Stone Tablets you can go back to the cavern (4 on map) and interact with the switch. The door will open and you can loot the chest for the blueprint. To craft the Claymore you need:

  • 1 Northlander Claymore Prototype(dropped from Weekly Bosses)
  • 50 Crystal Chunks(found in the wild)
  • 50 Starsilver(found around Dragonspine)

The Snow-Tombed Starsilver is a quite potent Claymore that offers a Physical Damage Bonus and its Passive ability is called Frost Burial, when hitting an opponent with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing 80% AOE ATK damage. Opponents affected by Cryo are dealt 200% ATK damage. Can only occur once every 10 seconds.
