Genshin Impact 1.5
Genshin Impact 1.5 introduces Housing to the game along with many new features and events. The 1.5 patch is set to release on April 28th. Players will have the opportunity to obtain new characters, weapons and of course various event rewards.
The highlight of the new update is the brand new Housing system, called Serenitea Pot. The system adds a robust housing experience and the ability to create and enjoy your own personal realms.
Serenitea Pot – Housing System
Serenitea Pot is actually a gadget you can get from Madame Ping, that allows you to travel to another realm. In that Realm you can build and decorate your own house with the assistance of Tubby. Tubby is a teapot spirit that can assist with everything related to housing.
In order to unlock new furnishing blueprints and gain rewards from him, you will have to increase his trust rank first. You can do that by creating furnishings. It is possible to obtain materials and create furnishings by cutting down trees, collecting ore or items while you travel. Once you have enough Trust with Tubby, you can also obtain materials from him.

Another teapot spirit, working as a traveling salesman, will also offer realm treasures and special materials for you to acquire.
In total there are three Housing Realms you can unlock:
- Cool Isle
- Emerald Peak
- Floating Abode
Increase Tubby’s trust to unlock them all and build your house in there. The more furnishings and items you place on a realm the more realm currency you generate. You can then use that realm currency to get more items and rewards.
It is not only the interior of a house you can upgrade and decorate. You can also add more buildings in the area, as well as pets running around. In a future update it will be possible to add your characters in the realm as well.

You can invite friends in your realm and even visit theirs. Gardening and growing your own plants or something else! is also planned for the future.
New Characters
Like every new update, Genshin Impact 1.5 also introduces new characters to the game. Two this time, Eula and Yanfei.
Eula is a 5-Star, Claymore user with affinity to the cryo element and will appear in her own banner.
Yanfei on the other hand is a 4-Star, Catalyst user with affinity to the pyro element that will appear along with Zhongli in the same banner.

New Domain, Artifacts & Weapons
A brand new domain will make its appearance in the 1.5 Update as well! The domain is called Ridge Watch and is located between Mondstadt and Liyue areas, adding a helpful teleport point in that area.
Two new 5-Star Artifact Sets will drop from the new domain, Tenacity of Millelith and Pale Flame. These are their stats:
Tenacity of Millelith:
2-piece bonus: HP +20%
4-piece bonus: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the ATK of all nearby party members is increased by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered one every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using the artifact set is not on the field.

Pale Flame:
2-piece bonus: Physical DMG +25%
4-piece bonus: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent ATK is increased by 9% for 7s. This effect stacks up to 2-times and can be triggered once every 0.3s. Once 2 stacks are reached, the 2-set effect is increased by 100%.

Additional Changes
Starting with the 1.5 update the original resin required to claim rewards from the first three Weekly Bosses is reduced by half, from 60 down to 30. So that means that with one day’s original resin it is possible to defeat all four Weekly Bosses and claim their rewards.
