Diablo 2 Resurrected Technical Alpha
Diablo 2 Resurrected, one of the biggest surprises in this year’s Blizzcon, has announced the beginning of its technical Alpha. Diablo 2 one of the best action RPGs of all times is getting completely remastered in up to Ultra High Definition 4k graphics on PC and consoles.
The Technical Alpha begins on Friday, April 9th 2021 at 7:00 AM PT and will run until Monday, April 12th at 10:00 AM PT. This is only the first of several tests already planned for Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Players that have already pre-registered on the Diablo II: Resurrected website will be able to download the Technical Alpha. There are no restrictions in place as well, players can capture, record and stream the game during the Alpha.
Gameplay
This first test will focus on single player and the early game systems, client performance data and the available classes. For the purposes of this test the gameplay will include Acts I & II while there are only going to be three Classes(out of seven) available:
- Amazon
- Barbarian
- Sorceress
This test is available to PC players only but console players will be invited in future tests. There is no official release date for Diablo 2 Resurrected yet but the game is planned to come sometime in 2021.
