Blue Protocol Monetization
The upcoming Anime MMORPG Blue Protocol has announced its plans for Monetization ahead of its Global Release in 2023! During the Developer livestream on December 15th 2022, Blue Protocol has revealed the various types of monetization it will offer to players! The monetization announced is planned mainly for the Japanese version of the game. Amazon Games Studios, that is the publisher of Blue Protocol in the West, will probably alter it, to fit more the Western audience. Something they did with Lost Ark West release as well!
What is the Monetization Model of Blue Protocol?
The game will be available to play for free but players can spend money on a variety of items and shops! The overall monetization of the game will be a mix of f2p, Gacha, premium store and Season Pass.
Season Passes will have a cycle of 50 to 60 days and offer specific season store items. You can earn points by completing quests and acquire various items like skins, costumes, currency and more.
Regnas Store is the premium store of Blue Protocol where you can buy various items. Rose Orb is the premium currency of the game. The developers have mentioned that several of the items will be available to earn by simply playing the game!
